Gift Cards
Saltwater Surf Co. offers both physical gift cards (available in-store only) and digital gift cards.
Gift cards:
- Can be redeemed online and in-store
- Have a 3-year expiry period from the date of purchase
- Are non-refundable
- Cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law
Jewellery Care & Warranty
We offer a range of jewellery, including tarnish-resistant and waterproof styles.
While designed for durability, all jewellery can be affected by environmental exposure and chemicals.
Common substances that may contribute to tarnishing include:
- Hand soap
- Shampoo
- Body wash
- Perfume
- Sunscreen
- Cleaning products
- Chlorine
- Saltwater
Tarnishing and normal wear and tear are not considered manufacturing faults.
Customers should follow all jewellery care recommendations to maximise product lifespan.

Manufacturing fault claims will be assessed in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
