Shipping policy

Saltwater Surf Co. currently ships Australia-wide only.

Orders are packed and dispatched as quickly as possible from our Western Australian store.

Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by Australia Post and are outside of our control.

Shipping Rates

We offer the following delivery options within Australia:

  • Standard Shipping: $11.00 for orders between $0.00 and $149.99.
  • Free Standard Shipping: Available on all orders of $150.00 or more.
  • Express Shipping: $15.00 flat rate.
  • Click & Collect: Free. Customers can select Click & Collect at checkout and will be notified when their order is ready for collection.

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed. Delivery timeframes may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected.

Please note that shipping rates are subject to change without notice. Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly shown at checkout before you finalise your order. Orders selected for Click & Collect will not incur any shipping charges.

Standard Shipping

Estimated delivery: up to 6 business days after dispatch.

Express Shipping

Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days after dispatch.

Please allow additional time during:

  • Public holidays
  • Peak sale periods
  • Christmas and holiday seasons
  •  Australia Post service disruptions
  •  Severe weather events

Click & Collect

Click & Collect is available on in-stock items only.

Orders are generally prepared within 3 business days.

You will receive an email or SMS notification when your order is ready for collection.

Please wait until you receive your collection notification before attending the store.

Proof of purchase may be required when collecting your order.

Collecting on Behalf of Someone Else

If another person is collecting your order, they must present your collection confirmation email or SMS.

Saltwater Surf Co. cannot accept responsibility for orders collected by a person presenting valid collection confirmation details.

Out of Stock Items

Occasionally, an item may become unavailable after an order has been placed.

If this occurs, we may:

  • Transfer stock from another location, where available
  • Offer a suitable exchange
  • Provide a full refund for the unavailable item
  • We will contact you as soon as possible should this situation arise.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once an order has been dispatched, it is the responsibility of Australia Post to complete delivery. If your parcel is delayed, lost, or damaged in transit, please contact us and we will assist you in lodging an enquiry with Australia Post.
