TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over only.

• Competition is open Australia-wide.

• Promotion commences 6 June 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AWST on 31 August 2026.

• Entry is automatic upon becoming a Saltwater Surf Co. member and spending $150 or more in a single transaction during the promotional period.

• One (1) entry will be awarded for each qualifying transaction of $150 or more.

• Purchases that are refunded, cancelled, exchanged, or returned (in full or in part) will result in the associated competition entry being deemed invalid.

• The winner will receive one (1) Saltwater Surf Co. Gift Card valued at AUD $1,000.

• The Gift Card is valid for three (3) years from the date of issue.

• The Gift Card is not redeemable for cash and cannot be exchanged for cash.

• The Gift Card may be used across multiple transactions until the balance is exhausted.

• The winner will be contacted within three (3) business days of the competition closing via email or SMS using the contact details provided.

• Saltwater Surf Co. reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants and to disqualify any entrant who breaches these Terms & Conditions.

• Saltwater Surf Co. reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the promotion at any time where permitted by law.
